Valuable omega-3 fatty acids for a heart-healthy diet plus folic acid for the maintenance of normal homocysteine levels. Each capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil with a particularly high content of omega-3 fatty acids of more than 60 percent. An important source of the omega-3 fatty acids are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid, min. 20%) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid, min. 30%), which have been proven to contribute to a normal heart function (starting from a daily intake of 250 mg).
